Dupont Circle Condo - Washington DC

The condo design underwent a two-phase transformation. Phase one involved changes like painting color, removing the existing fireplace, matching the floor, adding an entertainment system and mini bar, renovating the powder room, and styling the open space. Phase two included wall treatment on the stairs and renovations for the children's room, gallery, and master and guest bathrooms. The overall design, crafted in collaboration with KVJDesigns, Katinas Bruckwick architects, and Atrium Interiors, faced the challenge of limited space. The chosen theme incorporated neutral colors with a vibrant lime green accent, while patterns and textures in the fabrics added warmth. Key features include a floating TV stand, an expandable table, and ottomans for flexible seating during gatherings. The design achieves both style and functionality, allowing for various layouts in the open space for daily family use and entertainment, thanks to meticulous research and collaboration to reflect the client's personality.
