1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for custom furniture with KVJDesigns, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KVJDesigns. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from placing an order.

2. Order Process

• Customization Details: Provide accurate and complete specifications for your custom furniture order, including dimensions, materials, colors, and any other relevant details.
• Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required to initiate the customization process. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the delivery or upon completion of the furniture.
  
  

3. Changes and Cancellations

• Changes: Any requested changes to the order must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. Additional charges may apply for modifications made after the production process has commenced.
• Cancellations: Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted, and the customer is responsible for the full payment of the order.

4. Production and Delivery

• Production Time: Delivery of these pieces takes 12-18 weeks after placing an order, but unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery dates.
• Delivery: Delivery charges are separate from the product cost and will be communicated to the customer. KVJDesigns is not responsible for any delays or issues related to third-party delivery services.

5. Quality and Inspection

• Quality Assurance: KVJDesigns strives to deliver high-quality custom furniture. Prior to delivery, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the agreed specifications.
• Acceptance: Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the furniture for any damages or defects. Any issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  
  

6. Returns

• Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the manufacturing process has commenced.
• It is crucial to carefully review and confirm all specifications during the design and approval stages to avoid any discrepancies. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us prior to placing it. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any inquiries or issues you may have. 
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

• Design Ownership: The design of custom furniture remains the intellectual property of KVJDesigns. Reproduction or use of the design without explicit permission is prohibited.
  
  By placing an order with KVJDesigns, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
